Account Deletion Request

Learn how to delete your RentKhata account & data, or submit an online deletion request directly.

Method 1: Delete Account via Mobile App (Instant)

If you have the RentKhata Android app installed, you can delete your account instantly.

Open App & Sign In

Open RentKhata app and log into your active account.

Go to Settings

Tap on Profile or Sidebar menu and select Settings.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account in red.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm the prompt to permanently delete your account & data.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

Uninstalled the app? Fill out this form to request manual account & data deletion.

Requests are processed within 24-48 hours.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

What Data is Permanently Deleted:

  • Your user account profile info (Name, Phone, Email)
  • All property, room, and bed records created by you
  • Tenant records, tenant verification docs & rent history
  • Expense entries, notices, and payment logs

Data Retention Policy (If Any):

Financial transactions or tax invoice records may be retained in anonymized format for up to 180 days strictly to comply with Indian GST & tax regulations, after which they are automatically purged.
